This policy explains what personal data SkyQuest Express Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and how long we keep it. It applies to this website and to our courier, cargo and logistics services.

What we collect
Contact details you give us — name, work email, company and phone number — when you request a quote, submit the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter.
Consignment data necessary to move goods: shipper and consignee details, addresses, commodity descriptions and customs documentation.
Technical data generated when you use the site: IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To provide the services you have asked for: pricing, booking, moving and clearing consignments, and answering your questions about them.
To meet legal obligations — customs declarations, sanctions screening and tax records are not optional and cannot be opted out of while a shipment is in progress.
To improve the service. Aggregated, de-identified lane performance feeds our routing model; individual customer data is not used to price another customer's lane.
Retention
Consignment and customs records are retained for the period required by the relevant customs authority, typically five to seven years.
Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe, and then suppressed rather than deleted so that we do not contact you again by accident.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or object to the processing of your personal data.
To exercise any of these, write to sales@skyquestexpress.com. We respond within thirty days, and we will tell you if a legal retention obligation prevents deletion.
Security
Access to shipment and contact records is restricted to staff who need it, and data is transmitted to this website over an encrypted connection. Our quality management system is ISO 9001 certified.
