Terms of Service
How we contract, what we are liable for, and what we need from you before the goods move.
Acceptance
By using this website or any SkyQuest Express service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
This is a demonstration site. The terms below are illustrative and do not create a contract with anyone.
Services
SkyQuest Express provides domestic and international courier, air and surface cargo, logistics and on-demand delivery services. For international movements we forward through carrier partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS and Aramex, contracting as agent rather than as carrier.
Quotations are indicative until confirmed. Rates are subject to surcharges outside our control, including fuel and security surcharges applied by carriers and airlines.
Your obligations
You warrant that goods are accurately described, correctly classified, properly packed and lawful to export from the origin and import into the destination.
Dangerous goods must be declared before booking. Undeclared dangerous goods are the single most common cause of serious incidents in this industry and we will refuse and report them.
Liability
Carrier liability is limited by international convention and is frequently far below the commercial value of the goods. We strongly recommend all-risk cargo insurance at declared value, which we can arrange.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Payment
Invoices are payable within the terms agreed at account opening, and in the absence of an agreement, within thirty days of the invoice date.
We may exercise a general lien over goods in our possession for unpaid sums, in accordance with applicable law.
Tracking and this website
Tracking numbers identify a consignment and should be shared only with parties entitled to see its status.
We may change the features of this website at any time. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement on the notice period stated in it. Consignments already in transit will be completed under these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory local law where a service is performed.
